If ever for some reason you notice that events have stopped being sent to Segment; here are a couple ways you can troubleshoot.
First go into Segment Integrations on your platform, verify what keys are there and if they correspond to what’s actually in Segment. To locate Segment integration on your platform, navigate to Configuration → Integrations → Segment. If the keys do not match those that Segment provides, updating them to match what is in Segment should allow the events to start sending again.
