Your Internal team or your clients may want to retrieve certain information only after a candidate has been assigned to a shift. This may be a shirt size for a given uniform, for example. Whatever it may be, we have the ability to have this configured on the platform.
Let's take a look at how it’s done.
Step 1:
Add the custom data question. Navigate to Configuration→ Data Administration → Custom Fields and Data → Add New Custom Data → View Options → Field.
Step 2:
a. Set status as "Response" for allowing this data to be visible to clients
The options you’ll see are Hidden, Response and Presence.
Hidden means that this data will not be visible to clients.
Response means that a client has the ability to view the candidate’s answer to the custom data question.
Presence means that the data field will be visible to the client whether or not the candidate has responded to the custom data; but the candidate’s response itself will not be visible.
b. Add this data to the “Supervisor Sheet” if enabled on your platform.
