Your Internal team may have seen a text displayed in red above a candidate‘s profile that says “No user associated with this candidate profile. User’s account might be converted to a Client”.
This message is displayed when a user has signed up and created a profile as a candidate and then changed their user type from candidate to client, therefore that profile would no longer have a candidate user associated with it.
If a user mistakenly signs up as either a candidate or client, they have the ability to adjust this by changing their user type.
For a candidate or client to be able to change their user type, they would navigate to their account settings. At the bottom left hand corner, there’s the option to change user type.
