If ever your Internal team notices that within the Interview tab of a candidate’s profile, job types are non-existent, that just means the address has not mapped correctly.
This could be because they’ve added an apartment number, some kind of symbol/ character, or an address in a different country, etc. Whatever the case, there is one simple fix. Edit the candidate’s profile, remove the address completely and then put it back; ensuring that you’ve selected an option that was prompted. Head back to the interview tab, refresh, and the job types and the ability to rate and authorize candidates for them will appear.
