As we already know, packets are a part of the onboarding process when clients or candidates sign up on the platform.

When you add new custom data, there is an additional option to select what type of custom data you want to add, and you can select field, credential/document, form or packet.

Custom packets that have manual triggers now have a universal link that can be copied from packets index page. To locate the link, you will need to navigate to a candidates profile and assign them a packet. To do this go to the Interview tab, scroll to the extreme bottom, choose the packet you would like to assign to the candidate and then click Assign. After clicking assign, the link will appear right below.
