When we navigate to a candidate’s profile, there’s a tab entitled “Employment”. This tab would only be visible for candidates on platforms that are running W2 payroll.
If your company is one that supports W2 payroll, your internal team can make an offer of employment to your candidates. All that you need to do is add that candidate to a default workplace and input a default hourly pay rate. When the candidate has accepted, the offer will be shown as accepted within their profile.
Making an employment offer can also be done from Platform setup → Your team → View and Configure → Employment. This is to add members of your Internal team to W2 payroll.
Also, within the employee profile, under the Profile tab are attachments of employment records such as onboarding forms, federal W4 forms, etc. There’s also an option to preview forms; however, the entire forms won't be visible, taking into consideration certain sensitive information.
