We have added validation to help improve email deliverability!
We are now using AI and a massive database to verify whether or not emails are deliverable. The platform would reject a signup when the email provided is not a valid deliverable email.
There are two categories of unaccepted emails:
Non Deliverable Emails - If an email is undeliverable, this could be as a result of the email servers being temporarily unavailable, overloaded or it just couldn’t be found. The platform will not allow undeliverable emails to be bypassed. However, your Internal team will be administered a bypass link for emails that may be deemed undeliverable, in the event that the emails may still be usable.
Typo Emails- For typo emails, the platform will now allow auto correction, therefore the user signing up will be able to identify where there’s an error. If users enter the email twice it should bypass any hindrances.
Your Internal team may have a need to test the platform every now and again as an end user, and as such, emails ending in @example.com and emails with +{number} before the @ (example: yourname+1@gmail.com) will still be accepted.
This configuration can be changed by the Wolf engineering team per platform if need be.
