If your Internal team happens to see an red X beside a candidate’s name, this just means that their evaluation status has been removed; and the candidate's status is back to pending evaluation.

When a candidate's profile has been marked evaluated, a green check mark will be displayed beside the candidate’s name instead. To toggle between evaluated and pending evaluation, navigate to the candidate profile, to the interview tab and scroll to the bottom and we’ll be able to see both options.
