Wherever we operate our businesses, we need to conform to certain rules and regulations.

For businesses based in the US, we would need to give an account of independent contractors who have made over $600 USD, for tax and IRS purposes.

We can find the 1099 report in the Reports section of the platform. The “1099 Payment Reporting” tab includes all timesheet payments with a start date and time. If your internal team would like to see all candidates who have made over $600, this is where they’d navigate to. They also have the ability to filter the report by date, should they want to review a specific period of time.

They’ll also notice a second tab that’s entitled “Include all Payments''. This tab consists of all other payments, for example, reimbursements such as travel expenses, bonuses etc. Therefore, if we’re searching for candidate payments other than those related to shifts; they’d be found under the Include all Payments tab.
