Wolf now supports advanced form creation. While we are always able to customize the onboarding and order forms. We now offer the ability to create custom forms designed from ground up. First we are launching the AFC for order forms. This feature allows us to create custom order packages.

What are order packages you might ask? While the current order form is highly versatile it is designed for staffing professionals. Your clients are not staffing professionals and hence with AFC you can now design forms with the language your client speaks.

We are calling it packages since we are now able to have more than one order form. E.g Creating an order form for long term orders and another order form for weekend shifts etc.

AFC is a paid feature. Given this requires engineering work, every new form creation using AFC would have a one time design fee.

With AFC we can be creative in designing our forms. Instead of one order per form, we can create multiple orders from a form and so much more. Let’s see an example:

Use Case for Order Packages (Mass events)

Wolf.xyz wants to throw a dinner party, they have an end goal in mind that requires a complex level of skills and a combination of candidates. Order packages would make it much easier to request a variety of talent for this event. All Wolf would need to do on the platform is give the event a title, enter any necessary job details, add an address, pick dates, job type and number of candidates required. That’s all in one place, there is no need to skip to any other page, everything is neatly packaged and was created for the purpose of saving time.

AFC doesn’t just work for orders. Its powerful Api can be adapted to various procedures on the platform, as we have the ability to command what it does. This will be implemented in the onboarding process for both candidates and clients. It will alter the structure of onboarding as we know it and allow for a quicker and more user friendly process. With this new feature, we would even have the ability to enter more than one address during the onboarding process, to be updated about events in more than one location.

To try out this new feature, navigate to “Configuration” → “Order form” → “How Orders are being Placed” and select “Custom Order Form”. After we’ve done this we can place an order on the platform to see what the process is like. Should you wish to return to the default order form, go back and select “Default Order Form”.
