Both your Internal team and clients have the ability to boost the rate for a specific shift.

If your platform is configured to the Variable Take Rate model and has been permitted to upBid, then the rate per shift can be updated. Bear in mind that rates can only be increased and not decreased.

If you wish to have the UpBid feature enabled, Please contact the Wolf team.

To edit the rate of a particular shift, locate the order and navigate to the hired tab. From the hired tab we’re able to see all shifts, all we need to do is click the edit icon represented by a small pencil. A popup window with an option to edit rate/ boost shift will then appear.

If the variable business model is enabled, then the new pay rate for that shift would be set. Shifts with increased pay rate would appear bold to candidates on the web platform (not yet available on the app) and an upward arrow indicating the boosted nature of the shift will be displayed. If we hover on the arrow, it will indicate the price the candidate will receive.

When the rate has been boosted, the platform will automatically re-send notifications to those candidates who were previously notified and hadn’t applied. This will take place within 2 to 3 minutes after changes have been made.

NB: THIS FEATURE IS CURRENTLY UNDER BETA.
