The location icon your Internal team sees on some timesheets represents the geolocation of that candidate. Geolocation makes it possible to obtain accurate, real time information that pinpoints where a candidate was at the time of check-in and check-out.

Some timesheets display the geolocation icon while others don’t. The icon reflects on the timesheets of those candidates who have clocked-in and clocked-out on the mobile app. If a candidate didn’t use the mobile app or did not give the app access to location, then your Internal team will not be able to see this icon and view the location.

If we click on the icon on either side of the timesheet, it will open a separate tab revealing the location of the candidate at the time of check-in or check-out.
