Instant pay is beyond just speed and convenience. It allows for real economic benefits for your candidates by providing them with more flexibility to manage their income.

All that is required is that you communicate to us the percentage of the candidate's pay that can be withdrawn instantly. This should be less than 100%, in order to deal with any tax withholdings or errors in transactions etc. Funds for Instant pay will be debited from your platform’s bank/stripe account.
Once a system wide Instant pay is toggled on, each candidate on the platform must be authorized to access this feature. There are two options for authorizing candidates.
Automatic Authorization
We automatically authorize candidates after 2-3 weeks of work on the platform. We do this in order to build trust.
Manual Authorization
Your Internal team can manually toggle this feature on and off for a specific candidate. To do this, locate the candidate profile from the Workforce tab and navigate to the Accounting tab. From there, we will see the option to either enable or restrict Instant pay.
