Some industries and countries pay by day instead of hour, and it is therefore important that their platforms reflect these variations.

Your Internal team has the ability to choose whether short term orders will be shown as “Hourly Rate” or “Daily Rate”. Once “Daily Rate” is enabled, all future orders will reflect this. These rates will be visible to candidates on both their “Opportunities” and “Upcoming Schedule” page.

Your Internal team can also set an hourly multiple in order to generate a daily pay rate. Adding a multiple gives the platform insight on the number of hours a candidate would generally work per day, and then multiplies it by the hourly pay rate to derive the daily rate.

To enable daily rate, navigate to “Platform Setup” -> “Candidate Experience” -> “Opportunities” and select “Daily Rate”. The hourly multiple can also be added from there, and can be found as the last field in the opportunities section.

Your Internal team can configure and edit rates per order whenever they need to. To do this, locate the order that needs to be edited and then go to the top right hand corner of that order and click on the edit icon that’s to the right of the “Outreach:sourcing” tab. From there, click on the “Budget and Status” tab and you’ll be able to see where to update rates.
