We have introduced a more powerful search engine!
All “search” on the platform has been transformed to AI search. With this new feature, the main search that is located at the top of the Admin dashboard now searches across job seekers, clients and orders. If you click on the search icon you’ll notice that we have the ability to filter the search based on these three criteria or all. Previously, as we could tell from the dashboard, we were only able to search by workforce. You can also search wherever you are the platform, just start typing and it will launch the platform search, after typing in what you're looking for, click enter and the platform will pull the relevant data.
The new search is not only faster, but it searches much deeper and smarter. We can locate keywords that may have been mentioned in bios/ personal data, descriptions etc; even if it has been misspelled. If we should search for a keyword, the system will first look for an exact match with the criteria, and then it will search for anything that’s highly similar in spelling or meaning.
Both client and job seeker search input has been replaced with this powerful search engine. This means that if we go to the clients or workforce tab, we’ll be able to search for a specific client or candidate using keywords or anything that we know is in that user's profile and be able to locate them. As for orders, they can be located across job descriptions, clients, job type, location and more.
This search feature has also been extended to our mobile phones, so we can now utilize this function right in the palm of you hands.
