To add new custom data, an internal team member can navigate to “Configuration” and select “Custom Data”.
At the top left hand corner of the page, you’ll be able to see “Add New Custom Data”. If you click on it, you’ll see the options for the type of custom data and “Create New”.
Select the type of custom data you want to add from the dropdown; this will include Field (question), Credentials/ Document, Forms and Packets.
You may also need to choose the target user for this custom data from a second dropdown entitled “View options'', if the custom data is a form or packet. Lastly click “Create New” to be able to add the actual custom data information.
