To remove a timesheet from an invoice is as easy as clicking “Un-approve'' for that timesheet. Below are a couple of different ways to have this done.
By navigating to the “Accounting” tab and selecting “Charge Clients'', your Internal team will be able to see the list of outstanding invoices. Under each invoice, is a list of all the candidates who have completed shifts. All that needs to be done is to locate the timesheet and click “Un-approve”. Un-approving a timesheet means that it cannot be paid or billed, and essentially becomes a pending item that is no longer a part of the invoice.
By navigating to the “Accounting” tab and selecting “Hour Approvals”, your internal team will be able to see the list of orders and candidates who have completed shifts. Directly below the candidate’s image, is the option to un-approve their timesheet, which pulls it from the invoice.
