Users should not be able to create multiple accounts with the same email.

In July, 2022 we pushed a fix to ensure that one email address could not be used to create multiple user accounts. However, your internal team may still see job seekers and clients with multiple user accounts connected to a singular email address. To avoid causing confusion, Wolf tags duplicate profiles as [Duplicate Account]. All linked activity will be properly identified and a new user email will be created and mapped to these duplicate profiles.

If the account labeled [Duplicate Account] is the one that’s active or contains majority of the client/ candidate’s information don’t be worried, the account can still be used since the email is also mapped to the duplicate account.
