Disabling The Payment Form on Client Onboarding

Your Internal team has the ability to disable the payment form within the onboarding process!

When signing up as a client, they'll fill out the necessary fields: company name, phone number, as well as any custom onboarding you have configured. If the option to have the payment method form disabled is configured, the client would then move directly into the platform.

If you charge your clients outside of the platform, they currently see the screen that’s below, where they’re being asked to input credit card information but may have the option to skip it, depending on your current configuration. You can disable this page altogether. If you would like to update your configuration with this feature, please reach out to help@fromwolf.com.

Do bear in mind that in order to request staff or create an order, there has to be a payment method on file for that order to go live; so if clients skip this process, admins will have to manually make the order live or authorize the client from their profile.
