There is a daily applicant feed feature that shows you candidates that have applied for opportunities. Click on the lightning bolt icon in the upper right corner to see this feature.

Once you click on the expand icon, you will be able to view all the applications by one individual candidate, as well as if there is a conflict for any of those shifts. You will be able to see the application regardless of the authorization status of the candidate and regardless of if the shift is filled or not.

From there, you can assign them to the corresponding shift or click on the applicant, open the order, and assign them from within the order.
