When a candidate is not fully onboarded as a candidate, your platform will allow you to stay informed as to what their current status is.

No offer made

From the below screenshot, you can see this candidate has not been made an offer yet. You can always know this by checking the Employment tab on the candidate profile. If the button stating “Make Offer” is present, then you know the candidate has not been made an offer of employment yet.

Pending acceptance

When a candidate has been made an offer, via the “Make Offer” button, you will be able to see that the offer is pending and waiting for the candidate to accept the offer.

There will also be a badge that appears below the candidate's profile picture. When you hover over this badge, it will inform you of the status.

Offer Accepted

You can tell if the candidate has accepted the offer made to be a W2 employee by going to the employment tab and it will show as undergoing onboarding. This means the candidate is filling out the forms to be paid as a W2 employee.

Also you can hover over the shield and it will say “offer accepted”.
