You can manage how an opportunity shows up for a candidate to view. Let's say you want the candidate to see that there is a bartending position available. You can allow them to see the words “bartender” i.e. the job type or they can see the words “Open bar wedding - cocktail mixologist” i.e. a specific order title.
To manage how the job shows up for the candidate go to Configuration and select Candidate Experience. Scroll down to the opportunities form and click on the drop down menu that says “show job title or job type”. From there you can select whichever one you prefer.
