If you are using a variable take rate business model, you may want to allow the client to see what the final pay rate to the candidate will pay.
To save them time doing calculations, the platform can compute and show the difference between the bill and pay rate, so clients can understand what is being offered to candidates, which is particularly useful in the unified payments model.
To set this up go into configuration and select business model. Under your chosen variable take rate button, select show calculations from the drop down menu titled “show service fee calculations on order form.” This will allow the client to see the bill and pay rates.
When placing an order the client will be able to see under the budget tab, exactly what their bill rate is, as well as the service fee to your platform, and hourly bill rates. See the below picture for reference.
Admin and the client can see figures shown from the budget tab.
This is the only configuration which will enable a client to see what candidates are getting paid.
