We want to ensure your platform is always prepared for any server downtime. That is why we have a back up plan to ensure that in the unlikely event a server is down, you can find alternative URLs to log into your platform without skipping a beat.

You will be able to access your version 1 and version 2 staging servers by going to Configuration > Domain Mapping.

In addition to the links for version 1 and version 2, here you will see the URLs that you can copy and paste into your browser to access your platform on additional different production servers.

You’ll be able to access your platform using any of these links in the unlikely event that the main server is temporarily down.
