When one of your new platform users creates an account, they will be prompted to verify their emails. This is to protect the integrity of your platform from things such as bots creating fictitious accounts. However, sometimes the email will not be able to be found or received by the user, particularly due to certain email filters.
In this case you can go to Reports>Registered Users and find the verification code to send it to the user in question or verify the user on their behalf. When you go to the report you will see that a recent sign-up is marked as Unverified if they have not yet verified their account. You can copy and paste the code and send it to the user via your preferred communication channel.
You will also see two other statuses in this Registered User Report. Likely Verified, indicates a user that was already on the platform before email verification was implemented. The other status is Verified, which would mean the user has signed up after verification was implemented on the platform and has indeed verified their email.
