If you need to export client and/or candidate information that you have outside the platform, you can do so using the Data Administration Section within Platform Setup. This feature will be enabled for the platform owner and any other internal team members who have been given user rights as a data administrator.
You can download all the users’ information from your platform to your computer by clicking on the Export Users button under Platform Setup. When you arrive at the Export Clients Data page you will be able to download Client and Job Seeker information by clicking on the Download Clients & Job Seekers button.
Configuration> Platform Setup> Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Please note because of the complex nature of moving this information there are certain limitations to keep in mind. Please reference the below bullet points for guidelines on moving data.
Downloading data: 1 file at a time may be downloaded. If you have more than 1 file's worth of data to download, each file will be numbered and you will be able to see which number file you are on as you download.
It may take 2-5 minutes to generate each file
Most recent users will show up first (descending order)
Each file will only contain 500 records at a time
