If you need to import candidate information that you have outside the platform, you can do so using the Data Administration Section within Platform Setup. This feature will be enabled for the platform owner and any other internal team members who have been given user rights as a data administrator.

This option is currently disabled and you will need to request Wolf to enable it.

To get candidates onto your platform, there are several other options we recommend. We have found it most successful to run an email campaign with a job link and invite candidates to apply, which will prompt them to sign up on your platform and create a profile. Please refer to this article we wrote for further details.
