If you have the need to review the notification channels of users on your platform, you can now easily do so by going to:
Reports> Subscriptions.
You will be able to filter by means of communication, if the user is subscribed or unsubscribed, and by if they are a client, jobseeker, or internal team member. Please check out the following video for more info:
