Remember that allowing breaks to be logged is a configuration on the platform. We recommend starting by reviewing what you have configured.
You can do this by going to Configuration->Order Form->Schedule.
Here you will see 3 options:
Candidates can always log breaks--This will allow breaks to be logged by default.
Breaks are not permitted to be logged--This will not allow breaks to be logged (this is how you are used to the platform operating)
Decide when placing an order--This will allow breaks to be logged, if it is selected when an order is placed.
If you will be allowing candidates to log breaks on the platform, Wolf strongly recommends that you have your platform configured to “Candidates can always log breaks.”
If you see that “Breaks are not permitted to be logged” is selected, this would be why you don’t see the option! If you see “Decide when placing an order” is selected, you can review if logging breaks was permitted for the order by viewing the order and navigating to the Schedule tab.
You can change the permission by editing the order.
