Client Confirmation of Assigned Candidates

Wolf knows that in some industries, clients may be reaching out to multiple staffing agencies or platforms, trying to find a candidate as fast as possible. If you’ve assigned a candidate to their shift, you want to make sure that they’ve seen it--and aren’t still communicating with your competition! If they haven’t, you’ll want to know so that you can reach out to them ASAP.

So, how can we track this? First, this feature has to be configured on the platform, so please reach out to WOLF if you are interested in utilizing it.

Once enabled, you will be able to see in the Mission page a colored line to the left of the assigned candidate's name (similar to the line used to show confidence!). Green implies that the client has seen that the candidate has been assigned and everything is good. Red means that the client has not yet seen the assignment.

A client is considered to have confirmed the assignment if they:

  • View assigned candidates

  • Click the link in the email notifying them that the shift has been filled

We know that if you see some unconfirmed shifts, you’ll probably start reaching out to the client. Once you have confirmation, you have the ability to mark the shift as “Client Acknowledged.” This will be considered acknowledgement for all future shifts that the client has, too.
