How will a candidate know where an order is located when viewing opportunities?

When a candidate receives a notification about a new opportunity, one of their first questions is most likely “Where is this located?”

Of course, in many industries, knowing the exact location of an order could give away who the client is. But, you still want to share precise enough information so that the candidate can make an informed decision about if they want to or are able to work at that location, and apply.

So, when a candidate views an opportunity, what will they see? They will see a small, square map in the upper right corner that will have a circle radius on it. It is within this radius that the job order will be taking place.

If they need more context--as may often be the case in urban or rural settings, or if the candidate is just not very familiar with where they’ll be working (say, if they just moved), they can click on the small map to view a full-screen map--the radius will stay put--and they can zoom out and in as they please.

We hope this brings clarity around order location to your candidates.
