We know that at times you and your admin team might be faced with a request by members of your workforce--can you update the email that they are receiving notifications and other platform communications from on their behalf?
Of course you can! But how do you do it?
First, navigate to that candidate’s profile. Next, you’ll want to click on the edit picture icon that will be on the top left corner of their profile picture (if they have one). You’ll then be inside the candidate’s profile configuration page---you should see the option to update their name, address, phone number,, etc.--and the star of today’s article--email address. Keep in mind that updating this email address will only change where notifications are received, it will not update the email that the candidate uses for authentication (logging in and out).
Once you’ve updated the email address, click next to save and then navigate to the red circle at the bottom right of the page, hover over it to open up the menu of options and then select the black exit button to take you back to the candidate’s profile.
Of course, a candidate can also update their email address themselves (check out this handy article), but it’s always nice to be able to lend a helping hand.
