The chat function on the platform will make communication with your clients and jobseekers much easier for you - after all, time is money!
It includes voice notes, attachments, typing indicators and more!
The chat function supports real time chat when users are on the platform. This means that you can chat with jobseekers and clients if they are on the platform at the same time as you. Clients can also chat with hired candidates - this is optional and can be turned on if required. Any unread messages will prompt the platform to send a notification within 10-15 minutes to the user via either email, text message, Messenger or via an in-app notification. This way no one will miss out on important communication when they are not on the platform.
There are many different ways you can start chatting with your candidates and clients on the platform. Let’s take a look at where and how!
Chatting with Candidates:
Chatting with your candidates is as easy as clicking the message box icon that’s displayed on the dashboard.
Navigate to the Workforce tab, click the preview icon for a candidate and click “Chat”.
Navigate to a particular candidate’s profile and click the “Send message” option located at the bottom left hand corner of the page.
Search for the candidate from the dashboard search feature, click the image of the candidate and it will open a sidebar where we can chat with that particular candidate. We can also click the chat icon and it will take us directly into the chat.
Chatting with Clients:
Chatting with your clients is as easy as navigating to the Client tab → Client profile → Send message.
From Dashboard, hit the search option located at the top of the page. You can filter by clients or just go ahead and search for the particular client you’d like to contact, and hit enter. If you click on the client’s name, a side bar will open where you can send a message to that client.
Your Internal team also has the ability to send clients a message from within orders. From the order tab, click on the client name and it will open a side bar where you can send a message.
Your Internal team can also send a message from within the Mission tab. Click on the client name and a sidebar will appear where you can send a message.
