We have added the ability for you to create custom notes on your invoices. If you go to the Accounting menu in your dashboard, and click on Charge Clients then View Invoice for a client, you will see a text box where you can now add a note or comment to the invoice. This note will automatically save and you can go back and change it at any time and it will update. This may take a few minutes to reflect.
You can also view this note you added when you click on the Custom Charge button on the Charge Clients page. Additionally, when you want to custom charge a client, you can also add a note regarding this charge in the text box that says Transaction ID Notes. For example, if the client paid by cheque instead of credit card, you can add this as a note here.
These notes will be visible to your clients when they view their invoices from the Payments menu in their dashboard.
