Clients can invite candidates after placing a job order

We understand how important it is in certain industries that your clients are able to engage with candidates once they have placed a job order, and so we are introducing a feature that allows them to invite candidates themselves. This feature is in Alpha still.

If you are interested in allowing your clients to make use of this feature, we need to enable it and you can inform us of the limit of candidates that should be able to be invited. For example, a client could invite a minimum of 4 candidates and a maximum of 10. We feel it is good to have a cap on the number of invites otherwise the client may keep inviting candidates indefinitely.

Once a client has created and placed a new job order, they can go to View Order Progress which will take them to the job order page, specifically the Invite tab. There will automatically be candidates displayed on this page that the client can then invite by clicking on the Invite to Order button next to the candidate. The invited candidate will then move to the right under the Invited section, and there will be a number showing how many candidates have been invited. This view is available for 1 or 2 hours immediately after the order has been placed, however the client can click on the Invite Candidates icon on the View Order page to toggle to this view again.

There will be important information for each candidate such as job experience, ratings, reviews, education and any custom data if available - this is visible for clients to be able to view the candidates before inviting them to a job order. If a candidate is unavailable for the job order, if for example they have a conflicting schedule, then the candidate will still appear but it will say Unavailable for Order.

This feature does not work with proposal mode, so a client cannot invite candidates if your platform has proposal mode enabled. If a client has opted for preferred candidates only, then this feature will not be available as the preferred candidates will automatically be invited. Currently, this is also not enabled when a client selects some preferred candidates, in addition to having the platform assign candidates.
