In order to make internal communications more efficient, you can add notes to a job order that will only be available to your admin team. This is a feature that needs to be switched on by us for your platform, so please reach out to us if you require this.
When you view a job order, there will be a tab called Notes--this is where you can add notes on a job order, if for example a job order is handled by more than one team member and they need to inform each other on the progress of the order, or if something changes in the order. You can also add images such as screenshots as attachments in the note. Remember that this feature is for internal communication purposes only and your clients or candidates will not be able to see these notes.

Limit on Change Logs made within Orders
There's a limit on the number of change logs that are shown within a campaign/ order. When you navigate to view an order, if notes are enabled, you’ll be able to see the changes or activities done within that order.
A limit of up to ten (10) changes that have been made will be shown on the change log. Should the internal team wish to exceed this number, they’ll need to consult Mixpanel, Intercom or any other software they’re using, as this data is sent to these mediums as well, if integrated.
