Below are several channels you can experiment with to acquire workforce on your platform:

When thinking about workforce acquisition, think of where your potential workforce will go to search for jobs or gigs. You want to be present in those channels offering potential/prospective candidates the means to come and sign up on the platform.

Acquiring users on your platform is an ongoing effort, which means doing this once in a while will not likely yield much results, as you will run into the problem of not having staff when demand from your client increases. The key to running a successful talent marketplace is ensuring you have sufficient "liquidity" of jobseekers to meet your clients demand, on-demand.

As such, we recommend you that you run a series of experiments to find the channels that work best for you, then post on those channels consistently with new opportunities. This way, people who are actively looking for jobs will discover your platform and sign up on it. You can then review and authorize them on the platform, building your workforce for future needs.

Every job on the platform has its own unique link. You can find this link by going through the menu on left -> Orders -> Applications -> Share Icon-> A Pop up will appear with a link in it.

An example of a such a link is: www.yourdomain.com/campaigns/373

Just copy the link and share it on channels listed below with relevant information about your ideal candidate.

  1. Craigslist (Go to the Gigs Section, and try posting in multiple sections and/or in multiple geographies)

  2. Facebook Groups (Find groups like "Jobs in XYZ city," or "Job type in XYZ City")

  3. Facebook Jobs (Facebook has a jobs section, you can post your job for free. Just search for Facebook Jobs)

  4. Job Boards: There are a few job boards that are free to use, such as Indeed. Post a job on these sites and bulk message applicants asking them to finish their application via the unique link for the job on your platform)

  5. References: Ask everyone you interview or that signs up on your platform to apply to refer your platform to their friends.

  6. Classified Sites: Find other classified sites where people buy and sell things. They should also have a section for jobs. Post there.

We recommend posting a job in each of these channels once every two days to get more and more new staff.

Hope this helps
