You've just gotten a call from one of your workers who signed up on your platform. Except instead of signing up to be part of your workforce, they accidentally signed up as a client. What do they do now?

Have no fear! The solution is simple!

Your platform users can easily change their profile type directly from their profile. All they need to do is select Account and then click on Change User Type. And just like that, they'll be able to create their profile as a worker on your platform (The process is also the same if a client accidentally signs up as a worker on your platform.)
