If you wish to collect the availability of your candidates, you can now turn on Auto Apply. With the auto-apply feature activated once your candidates apply for any shifts, they will have the option to turn on Auto Apply for those dates.

We are not in favor of collecting availability in advance, since in most cases it ends up increasing the work load because of the need for manual reconfirmation.

However, if you have multiple shifts on the same day we don't want to spam workers for every shift. The power to choose whether to turn on auto-apply or apply manually to each shift is with the candidate.
