A true on-demand staffing platform should also serve as a marketing platform. This is why we are constantly developing new and improved marketing tools to help your outreach and SEO operations directly from your platform. The newest of these tools is the Dynamic Landing Pages. When enabled, this feature will automatically create landing pages based on the job types and locations on your platforms. Once you turn on this feature, you actually don't need to do anything, these pages will automatically be created. So let's take a look at what these pages look like.

What are Dynamic Landing pages:

When your potential clients are searching the internet for your services, the keywords will often be a combination of job type and location such as:

  • Per Diem Nurse in Salt Lake City

  • Hire server in New York

  • Substitute teacher agency in Miami

  • Nanny in Long Island City

  • Admin Assistant in Austin

You get the point.

Dynamic landing pages are created based on the cities you operate in and the type of staff you offer. So example if your company offers Admin Assistant in Austin and Houston. The platform will automatically create landing pages called: 'Admin Assistant in Austin' and 'Admin Assistant in Houston'.

How are they Landing pages created:

The Platform will automatically start building landing pages when you have good number (5-10) of candidates in a given city with high ratings for a given job type. These landing pages feature some of your top-performing candidates in that city/county without giving away their name or other details. Once the page is created it will be frequently updated if your platform now has new highly rated candidates. Updating frequently gives your website higher ranking in SEO.

Finding Dynamic Landing Pages

To view the Dynamic Landing Pages, all you need to do is go to Landing Pages under your Marketing tab. From here you'll see the Landing Pages made manually by your team. Click "View Dynamic Landing Pages" to see the pages automatically created by the platform. Here you'll see the job type and location for each of the Dynamic Landing Pages created by the platform. To see the page itself, all you need to do is click "View."

Viewing Dynamic Landing Pages

This is what your potential (and hopefully future) clients will stumble across when they search for the job type and location. As you can see they'll be able to see all the best candidates on your platform who fit that job type and location. Clients will also be able to see these workers' ratings, location, and how long they've been on the platform

But what can clients do from here?

Client Actions

As you certainly noticed, there are two primary actions for your clients to take from these pages, "View Profile" and "Hire Now"

Clicking "View Profile" will bring them to the worker's individual public profile page.

And clicking "Hire Now" will start the onboarding process with them so they can post shifts on your platform. It is important to note that when the shift is posted, they will not directly be hiring the candidate they clicked on, rather that candidate will be added to the client's private team and will, therefore, be given priority in the process.

Be sure to reach out to someone on the Wolf team if you'd like to discuss turning this feature on!
