Candidates are currently rated individually for each job on the platform--however, should you have a few hundred jobs, it could be very time-consuming and tedious to rate a candidate for each job! We are introducing bulk rating which allows admins to rate and authorize candidates for multiple jobs by just selecting all the jobs or selecting a group type.

An example of a platform that would have hundreds of jobs is one in the medical or dental industry. Within these industries, there can be different sectors such as administrative, nursing, dental, or medical staff. If the job types have been assigned to these groups, then the admins can bulk group all the jobs into these categories.

When a candidate signs up for the platform, they can select what jobs they are interested in, for example, Front Desk Receptionist, an administrative job (remember that by having the job types placed in groups, the candidate can quickly filter directly to the jobs they are interested in). If their resume and/or an interview supports that they would perform any administrative role well, then you just select the group Administrative, and rate and authorize for all the relevant jobs.

The option for bulk rating will automatically be available when there are more than 10 jobs for a candidate that an admin needs to review--they do this by clicking on the Rate, Review & Authorize button on the candidate’s profile, and using the drop-down filter options to rate and authorize. This will help admins to streamline the process of rating and authorizing candidates when there are a large amount of jobs on the platform.
