Job Types provide the structure for your on-demand platform and are what allows your platform to successfully match your workforce to your clients' requests. It's important to note that Global Job Type is what the job is universally called at your company. If your company only operates in one country, then local job type and global job type would likely be the same. However, if you operate in multiple countries, then this allows you to have different names for different countries, for example, a global job type might be "dentist", but in the US the local job type could be called "dentist-US", in Canada, "dentist-CA" and so on.
