In cases where your staffing company has a job order that is set to begin far in the future, Wolf knows that you might not want notifications to begin going out to candidates immediately. For that reason, we have a configuration for notifications where you can choose if notifications should start going out 1 month, 2 months, 6 months, etc. before the job order is set to begin.
For example, say you have a job order that starts in a year from now but you feel that it is too early to notify candidates about this job. If you do not make any changes to the default configurations, notifications will begin to go out within the following days. However, you could also configure the notifications to be sent out closer to the order start time, for example one month or two months before the job order starts. The job order will also not be visible to candidates until the notifications are triggered by this configuration. The schedule for notifications can be set from a few days up to one year before the job order starts.
If this is something you would like enabled for a job order, please reach out to us at Wolf to configure the notification setting for you.
