As of Dec 31, 2020, there is a progress bar added to the view of new job campaigns. This is currently in Alpha testing and you would need to have it configured to view it while on the Campaign page.

Once you have created and submitted a new job order, you will have the option to view the progress bar which will show the steps of where the order process is:

If your platform has proposal mode enabled, then once you have submitted the proposal, you can use this view to see the progress of the proposal by clicking on the View More button of the job order. Clients can also see the progress of their job orders in proposal mode by clicking on the order in their dashboard view. A progress bar will appear with up to 7 steps:
