There is an optional feature on the platform where candidates can see who the client for a job order is, and they can also view information the client has provided while onboarding in the client’s profile. This feature needs to be enabled by us, so please let us know if you are interested in it.
There are 3 client display options available for candidates on the platform:
The client is not visible at all on a job opportunity.
The client is visible on the job opportunity but their profile is not accessible.
The client is visible, and a candidate can click on the client to view their profile.
The client’s profile can include information such as their logo or profile picture and a public description of the company--this can be provided by the client when they sign up on the platform, and will be visible to candidates who view their profile. Client custom data collected during onboarding can also be shown in the client’s profile by going to Configuration → Custom Data, and clicking on the Update button for the client custom data. Under the Category section on this page, you will need to set the visibility that Candidates can view this data about clients to Response.
An example of custom data could be an emergency contact name and phone number, or a question such ‘Do you validate parking?’ with a drop-down selection of responses.
