Forms and packets are part of the onboarding process when clients sign up on the platform.
From Configuration, you go to Custom Data and you will see tabs for fields, credentials, forms and packets. These pages are streamlined and it is easy to see which fields are in which forms, and which forms are in which packets. Credentials or certificates will be seen in forms as well if they are added.
When you add new custom data, there is an additional option to select what type of custom data you want to add, and you can select field, credential/document, form or packet. If you select a field or a credential then you will be taken to the standard page for that type of custom data. When you select a form or a packet, you are required to also select the target user--client or job seeker.
When you create a form for a client, you will be able to add fields in the Standard Fields section, however only fields that have been designed for clients will be available here. You need to add the fields in the order that you want them to be displayed in the form. When you create a packet for a client, then forms that have been designed for clients will be available in the Import Forms to Packet section.
Thus, when a new client signs up on the platform, they will be asked questions that have been ordered and organized into forms just as is done with the candidate onboarding process.. Remember, this is only needed if you will be asking custom questions to clients during onboarding.
