Integration of outside tools is an important aspect for any business, and for that reason there is a section in admin configurations to be able to manage them. You can access this page by going to Configuration-->Platform Setup-->Business Setup-->Integrations.

In the below screenshot, you can see the different integrations that the platform supports.

By clicking on each integration, you will be taken to a screen that allows you to enter the different information needed to configure the integrations, such as keys, tokens, send status or other information relevant to the specific integration tool. You can simply type in the information required in the different sections. There are also links to go directly to that software’s website and to Wolf’s knowledge base as you can see on this example screenshot of Segment:
