Welcome to the Wolf family! You've seen a demo (or two), given us great insight into your business, and have come to the conclusion that Wolf is the right on-demand staffing platform for your company. We agree! And we couldn't be more excited for our relationship to grow and prosper as we start working even more closely together.

Some questions we commonly get asked right about now are things like: "What happens next?" "What is the timeline?" and "Are there any steps I need to take to move the process forward?"

For that reason, we thought it would be helpful to walk you through what happens after you sign your contract.

Immediately after signing, you'll be prompted to fill out a form with some basic information (such as brand color codes, logo, initial job types, etc.) that we will use to turn around the bare bones of the platform. As soon as you provide us with that information, your core platform will be ready within 24 hours and you’ll receive an email with the access details of the platform.

The core platform is like an empty apartment. It’s yours and you can move in, but you might want to review the apartment and create a plan to furnish it suit your personality. For that reason, when the platform is being generated, you will also receive a series of emails from Wolf outlining how onboarding will proceed and coming to a deeper understanding of your company and timelines accordingly--which will also be used to guide the onboarding calls.

Speaking of that, we like to have weekly onboarding calls with you and whoever else will be an admin on the platform for 4-5 weeks. These calls are free and included in your implementation cost. We will be answering your questions during these calls and you can tell us what configurations you want enabled or disabled, what additional information you want to gather from candidates and clients, and what other changes you would want with your platform.

When you get access to the platform, we recommend testing it out as both a candidate and client. Here is a great article outlining testing hygiene.

If we've previously discussed your platform requiring custom development in order to get started, that might take longer, and ideally we'll have discussed it beforehand so our expectations are aligned before deploying the platform. If you can use the platform as is, but might need custom development for a special use case later down the road, then we can deploy the platform and provision the core platform in standard time.

Of course, every new client is unique, and this may not cover everything you're curious about as you prepare to embark on this new journey into on-demand staffing. We're always just an email away!
