How does pricing work?

How would the platform determine the bill rate and pay rate for orders.

There are two main types of pricing.

1. You will charge Client

2. You will pay Staff.

BASE RATE:

All the pricing on your platform is mapped to a specific Job. This means each job has its own price that you charge your client and what you pay to the staff. All the charges are hourly.

Example: For Promo Model you might charge a client $ 70 / hr and pay staff $60 / hr and you might be charging $30/hr to a client for cleaning and paying $25/hr to staff.

Each job must be configured with its own base rate for charge and payout. To do this, navigate to Configuration --> Service and Job Types --> Update and click on the Rates tab:

USER SPECIFIC RATE :

You can set client-specific rates. This means while the standard rate for Brand Ambassador is $30/hr; you can specify for Client X for the job of Brand Ambassador we charge $40/hr. And all future jobs posted by Client X will be charged at $40/hr. You can update this rate by viewing a client, and clicking on the Take Action button and then selecting Customize Rates from the drop-down menu. Another menu will open where you can enter the custom rates for the job types for this client.

You can set user-specific rates for candidates as well. The standard payout for Bartender job is $20/hr but you can input that this specific waiter will always get $25/hr as a waiter. This rate will be superimposed over the base rate. You can set this rate by going to the candidate's profile and clicking on the Rate, Review and Authorize button, then entering the custom rate for the specific job type.

ORDER SPECIFIC RATE:

You can also specify what the rate would be for a specific order. So, for example, the Base rate you charge a client for Waiter is $30/hr but this specific client you had set the custom rate to $35/hr. But for this one particular order if the staff has to travel for 2 hours and you want to charge $40/hr you can do that. You can do that from the Budget tab on the job order, in the Hourly Pay Rate box. Please note that Order specific rate supersedes user-specific rate and base rate.
