Configuring when your client will get notifications from the platform regarding an order.

Having clear and effective communication between your platform and your client is vital to building trust and ensuring that they have a positive relationship with your brand. We also all know that each staffing company has a different level of communication that they want their platform to have with their clients. Some want their clients to receive a notification instantly whenever someone is assigned to their shifts, and others want these notifications to be more spread out.

We can now configure when your platform will notify your clients regarding their shift assignments. Let's take a look at how to do this, and what options we have.

Customizing Client Notifications.

First, we'll have to go to Configuration> Platform Setup> Client Experience> Scroll to Notifications.

You will see 5 notifications options.

  1. Notify immediately when a candidate is assigned to a shift.

  2. No notifications.

  3. Notify client whenever a shift is filled. (A shift could have more than one position).

  4. Notify client when order is filled

And there you have it! These are your options to configure when your clients will receive notifications from your platform! After the shift has been completed, the clients will receive another notification asking them to rate and review the candidates that worked.
